Eligibility for Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Include all original tags and be in its undamaged original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@daithisautomotive.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Important: Do not accept damaged packages from the courier. Report the issue immediately to ensure a smoother resolution process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Custom-painted parts or personalized products.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product after your return is approved.
Refunds

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% or (minimum charge of €15.00) will be applied to cover handling and administrative costs.
